Farm Tables
We have 30+ matching 6ft farm tables. Our tables are available with or without benches.
Dish Rentals
Our basic dish setting includes a dinner plate, salad/cake plate, clear or colored goblet, fork, spoon and knife. Add on options and upgrades are available for additional items such as napkins, chargers, additional flatware etc. If you do not wish to rent a whole setting we can rent per piece. We ask that our dishes are at least scrapped for pickup, a discount is available for dishes returned rinsed.
Tea Party Settings
Our tea party setting includes a small plate, a clear or colored water glass, a teacup and saucer, fork, spoon and knife. Add on options are also available for additional plates, small punch cups for soup, additional flatware and napkins.
Basic Rentals
We offer our inventory per piece at a rental cost. Items like couches cost $85, dressers and other misc large pieces are $50, barrels are $50, small items like candle sticks and mercury glass are usually around $5-$1 per piece. You would be responsible for decorating and placing the items. We have a large selection to meet a variety of different styles! Order minimum is $500, and a delivery fee applies. Beautiful Design + Styling Package
For those looking for more help, we offer Design + Styling packages. Our Beautiful package includes design, rentals, and day of styling/setup for up to two areas of your wedding or event. This includes us working with you to come up with a truly wonderful design, providing you with a design guide you can share with other vendors, any rental items in our collection (with the exception of, farm tables, benches and dish rentals) for each of the two areas, day of setup, and pickup after the event.
Adorable Design + Styling Package
We love doing intimate backyard weddings!! This package is specifically limited to backyard weddings with no more than 54 guest. The package includes a wedding design, design guide, 9 farm tables with benches, our basic dish settings, centerpiece design with rentals from our collection, a ceremony design with rentals, and a cake/dessert table design with rentals.
Lovely Design + Styling Package
This is our full wedding design package. It gives you full access to our skills, talents and our rental collection for your entire wedding. Think of us as your design best friend! Package includes design, unlimited options dish settings for up to 150 people ($5 per person fee applies if guest count is over 150), rentals, vendor recommendations, setup, and even a little creating for you. Everything you need for a lovely cohesive designed wedding! On the big day, our team will set it all up for you!
Day of Coordination

Looking for an awesome team to rock your wedding?! Ever After Vintage Weddings is happy to offer Day of Coordination services provided by our partners Oh Hello Events. This service is only available as an add-on with our Design + Styling packages and subject to availability. This means you can get all of your design, decor, and planning needs taken care of in one place!
Floral Service
We do not book for floral service alone, but we do offer the option of adding on floral design to compliment our Design + Styling packages. Cost for this varies on what you are looking for, and how many flowers are involved.
