Looking for a little Luck of the Irish? Well, as a designer, and considering I do have some Irish in me, I thought I would play around with some Saint Patrick's Day Wedding Ideas. I have never been a big fan of any shade of dark green, so when planning this design, I decided to go with more of a light green palette. I wanted it to have a very chic and classy look. I wanted it to look NOTHING like I just raided the party supply store. HAHA. One thing I was really excited about with this design is, I LOVE greenery!! If you are on a tight budget for your wedding, I 100% recommend greenery! I personally will pick a well selected greenery on a budget over baby's breath ANY DAY! While the greenery does look lovely on it's own, I did throw in a few garden roses, white Stock flowers, white Lisianthus, and white spray roses. When thinking of ways I could tie in the Saint Patrick's Day theme, I wanted to be subtle, but still obvious it was there. I decided to use chocolate gold coins as a favor! I was really happy with how this turned out. OK you caught me, I didn't "raid" it, but I did visit the party supply store! I also LOVE the art print Rachael with Bourbon and Blush handmade of a four leaf clover! Wouldn't it be fun to have your table numbers for your wedding be paintings of different flowers?! For Saint Patrick's Day you could do one clover for table one, Two clovers for table two etc.! Another little touch was I made tiny paper shamrocks. Trudy with Trudy Melissa Cakes made the most adorable cake with gold detail. If you are looking for delicious cake, she will not disappoint! Not only are they lovely, but seriously the best cake I've ever had!!
Hope you enjoy the photos. Thanks for stopping by, and HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY!
