Blue and Beige Historic Home Wedding The Orlo House Tampa
Oh how I love this shoot! Deep down I soooo love this shoot. As I have mentioned before, and as you can see from my front page on my site, I have two sides of myself, and for this project my soft and romantic side was for sure running the show! First you can start with the venue. Muted soft blue colors with white trim. It just makes my heart sing! Also one of my absolute favorite things in a beautiful blank canvas to make all the pretty things pop. The Orlo’s ballroom with it’s white trim and wood floors was perfect. For the flowers I wanted to do a touch different than blush, and instead went for the most interesting beige and coffee colored florals mixed with fluffy whites and a touch of blue. In our usual style, we used some of our favorite greens and subtle textures. One of our favorite parts was the lace overlay on the blue tablecloths which made us think of the contrast of white and blue in the Orlo’s design. The dish settings from Southern Chairs was the perfect modern vintage touch, and their chairs complimented the wood floors wonderfully. Add one amazing bride and groom, a killer gown, fine art calligraphy and a top notch cake and no wonder this shoot knocks my socks off! I know I say all my weddings and projects are my favorite with this one being no exception. I guess that’s what happens when you love what you do, and the talented kind people you have the honor of working with! Thanks so much to Green Pearl Photography my mind was blown by how beautifully you captured every last detail so perfect!
